Removed Fields

The fields Dictionary 3, Dictionary 4, and Dictionary 5, along with their corresponding Load buttons and Admin Only fields, have been removed from the General Info form. The Custom 1, 2, and 3 dictionary types in the new Dictionary settings have replaced these fields.

The Delete Fax Files on Receipt? field has been moved to the fax Input Servers form.
