User Groups

This version of FaxAction allows a user to be assigned to more than one group. This assignment is performed through the new Groups frame within the User record:

Groups are selected in the new list through the checkbox next to each group name. At least one group must be selected before the form may be filed.

 

The Group list in the Defaults sub-frame is used to specify which of the selected groups is the default for the user. This default group is used in the FaxAction Client to load the group level settings, such as the completion notification script to be used when an account does not specify one. A default group must be selected before the form may be filed.
