User Prefills

The interface for selection of Prefill documents within the Admin User record has been improved. The form that was used previously required extra steps to ensure that a record was correctly selected.

 

The New Form

The System dropdown list contains all of the systems that the user has been granted access to.

 

The prefill documents list in the upper right portion of the form contains all of the available prefill documents for the selected System. The list also contains a <NONE> entry, which should be selected if no prefill is to be used for documents created in the selected System. The list contains the FaxAction Document ID in the Prefill # column and comments from the standard Reassign dialog in the Comments column.

 

When pressed, the Update button will update the user’s record with information about the document number that was selected for the current system.

The Update All Users button is used to assign the current prefill document to all users for the selected System.

 

The Close button is the only way to close the window. The update buttons do not close the window due to the potential for updating multiple users and/or systems.
