Document Window Changes
The following changes and enhancements have been made to items that are accessible while a Document is open:
Document Source Info
The Document Source Info form, which is accessed through the Item item on the View menu, has had two minor enhancements:
· For documents received from File Input Servers, the name of the file (File Name) and directory (Directory) that it was received in have been added.
· Documents received by fax or email that have had a contact record created through the new Auto Association mechanism will have the contact’s ID displayed in the new Auto-Cont. ID field.
Set Notification Form
The account’s contact record, which is accessed through the Set Notification item on the Document menu, previously contained only a subset of the data and functionality that is available within Admin. In order to streamline processing, all contact record functionality, including the ability to change the routing information and available CSIDs, is now available.
Strip Instructions
The ability to strip extraneous data to the left of and down from the current cursor location in the OCR text or document text windows has been added. This functionality can be accessed through the new item Strip Instructions Left on the Document menu. To support this change, the previous Strip Instructions item has been renamed Strip Instructions Right.
Markup Commands
Since Markup Commands can now be created for specific users and groups, the user may see duplicate items in the Show Markup list. For example, if a Markup Command called Bold exists for both the user and one of the user’s groups, Bold would appear twice in the list.
