OCR Update

PRIME Recognition, who packages the OCR solution used on FaxAction servers, has recently released version 3.8.

You must contact us to get a NEW SOFTWARE KEY for your PRIME dongle before this will work, otherwise the install only takes a few minutes!

If you are not at least on PRIME 3.6 you should consider that one site observed 30% less errors when they upgraded to 3.6!

Improvements with 3.8 have not yet been measured, but release notes refer to Win2000 and color support, as well as upgraded OCR engines. A typical FA site uses 3 OCR engines that "vote" and these newer engines have been bulletproofed to deal with chads and other OCR related anomalies!
